有睇過《金牌得主》（Medalist）嘅朋友，都知道運動員通常細細個就集中練跳躍（Jumps）同旋轉（Spins）。❄️
但其實花式溜冰除咗單人滑，仲有一項極具團隊魅力的比賽——「隊列滑」（Synchronized Skating）！比起難度跳躍，佢更著重隊員間嘅步法（Footwork）、同步率（Unison）同隊型變化（Pattern）。

🔥 香港現時唯一一隊 Adult Synchronized Skating Team 現正招募新隊員！
我哋唔係純粹玩玩下，我哋嘅目標係踏上世界舞台：
🏆 2027年5月： 出戰德國 Oberstdorf 國際成人花式溜冰比賽
🏆 2028年： 遠赴芬蘭參加四年一度嘅 World Masters Games！

⛸️ 明明做同一個動作，點解分數可以差咁遠？

喺隊列滑，做到某個 Element 同 Level，只係決定咗個「起點」。

真正拉開分數嘅，仲有 GOE，即係動作完成質素。裁判會留意隊形、間距、同步、速度、流暢度同整體控制，再給予 −5 至 +5 嘅 GOE grade。

所以同樣係 Block、Circle 或 Wheel，同一個 Level，都可以因為完成質素而有明顯分差。

簡單講：

✨ Base Value 決定起點
✨ GOE 決定你做得有幾好
