He said his presence is the best gift to me on Mother’s Day….. 😅

To be honest, it is true - together is my favorite place to be!

Cheers to all mommies on this special day! ❤️

“MA”

A new Japanese word I learnt today, meaning “blank space”

Adjusting myself with some open schedule, leaving time for filled void

Learning to sit in the couch without guilt, learning to not feeling restless for not crossing my to-do-list……Learning to take a slower pace

It is another work in progress…..

A little adjustment makes huge difference, thanks .edward lo ci for your magical tactile cues and amazing verbal cues

I thought I have reached my limit in full bow long time ago; it was my mindset limited myself indeed

Join Edward’s 30-Hr The Art of hands-on adjustment CET from 11-26 July; not many teachers have that skills who are willing to share such knowledge. DM me or check PURE yoga website for more details. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It has been a week after the retreat, the after taste and sweet memories is still lingering

Having my own yoga retreat in Ubud during Nyepi is a wish on of my bucket list, I experienced Nyepi 10 years ago, and always wanted to share this magical cultural adventure with others

I cannot believe it was already that long ago, I still feel I am the same younger version of myself - Still fun, energetic, sometimes silly, and always adventurous!

The trip was more than a yoga retreat, it was a trip to arouse one’s inner child! Thanks for your trust and following me to do all tiring and crazy things - jumping into the waterfall for a yoga picture, dip in for water temple ritual, cycling on the road with cars passing by, getting up at 4:00am for catching sunrise, water rafting, karaoke singing, dancing crazy, walking in a crowd with thousands of people just for a spot in the parade, star gazing in the dark…. And much more! You are all amazing!

Thank you so much for the memories 🙏
