Started yoga practice in order to become a better wakeboard rider. After spending years wakeboarding, I found that the stability and flexibility resulted by practicing yoga is significantly beneficial to wakeboarding. Yoga was heightened my sense of physicality, but also lead me to a better quality of life due to stress-relief and greater ability to realize one’s full potential. In 2014, I had decided to join the 200-hours Teacher Training Program with Patrick Creelman, and see yoga was a process in which we could follow to find grounding and balance within ourselves and our lives – a way to find calmness in the mind and strength in the body. Studied with Patrick again in 2017 and certified as a 500-hours Registered Yoga Teacher . In 2019, completed my second 500 hours with Jason Crandell - well known Contemporary Vinyasa Yoga Master, deepen my knowledge about sports science and yoga anatomy. As a yoga practitioner and teacher, my philosophy is working together with the student to develop self-awareness and supreme consciousness. I believes that “Desire, dedication, determination and concentration” is the formula of success. My favorite Sanskrit word, “Abhyasa” – Consistent practice of yoga with whole-hearted effort in a long period of time.
