Churning out peanut butter no bake granola bars!! ~~~~~SUPER EASY~~~~~ Recipe:
To make 8 bars -300g oats
-handful of nuts (I use almonds and cashews)
-handful of sunflower and Lin seeds -handful of raisins -20 medjool or fresh dates -Peanut butter * Blitz the oats and the nuts to a fine or crunchy consistency * Oven roast for 10 minutes on 180 degree heat. * depip the dates and blend with the peanut butter *once the oats and nuts have cooled, toss with the remaining ingredients and combine the date mixture. ~~ add some honey for extra stickiness if you wish!

Guys, the best way is to make your own almond butter. No added salt, oil or sugar. Test the consistency, chunky, bitty or smooth. Roasted, crisp or natural.

Recipe~
~ 500g almonds
~ high speed nitri bullet or blender

Instructions ~
~ Preheat oven to 200°
~ Place almonds on a tray (metal is best as it absorbs heat fast)
~ roast for 15 mins ~ Remove and allow to cool
~ Once cool, blend them for up to 10 minutes depending on the consistency!
VOILA.

This simple four ingredient Raw chocolate is a winner. Raw chocolate and dates are high in antioxidants, iron, calcium and potassium. ~ Cacao powder ~ Pecans ~ fresh or medjool dates ~ 100% cold pressed coco oil
Whiz them all separately then mix together with a spoonful at a time of coconut oil depending on the consistenty you want!

I just love being in the kitchen and experimenting. Goji berry, gluten free oats, sunflower and Lin seeds tossed in some coconut oil. Ready for a granola crunch and paired with for the ultimate refuel granola bar 👊
