NEW SIGNING: Ryan O’Neill
Back row. Irish, arriving from City of Armagh RFC and Power House RUFC.
Aggressive, competitive and unpredictable, in his own words. He wants fast rugby and he loves a jackie turnover, which is a polite way of saying he intends to be a nuisance at the breakdown.
Top of his Hong Kong list is Lan Kwai Fong. Something tells us he will find it without much help.
Welcome to the Club, Ryan. ℝ𝕐𝔸ℕ 𝕆’ℕ𝔼𝕀𝕃𝕃

NEW SIGNING: Lucy Thorpe
Second row. British, and she arrives with Harlequins, DMP Sharks and Tynedale behind her in England, then Bond and the Queensland Reds in Australia.
She describes her game as physical, uncoordinated and loud, and herself as relentless. We will take all four.
She is here for the city and the dim sum. Top of the Hong Kong list is a junk party, which should not take long to sort.
Welcome to the Club, Luce. LT

NEW SIGNING: Isaac McAuliffe
Flyhalf. Australian, by way of University of Queensland and Green Island in Dunedin.
He is here to test himself in a new environment, meet new teammates and find out what rugby in Hong Kong is about. His game is instinctive, composed and creative: play with confidence, take it on, create opportunities for the players around him.
First job off the pitch is finding Hong Kong’s best beach. Recommendations in the comments.
Welcome to the Club, Isaac!

NEW SIGNING ALERT : tess
Outside back, straight out of Queensland, via UQ Premier Women, Queensland Country and the Reds Women’s programme.
She is here for fast footy, a new city to explore with her partner, and playing alongside her mates. In her words, having fun while you play makes it ten times more enjoyable.
Top of her Hong Kong list is a tour of the city from Lori Cramer. Looks like Lori Cramer has some planning to do.
Welcome to the Club, Tess. tess

Next in our new signings for the season, Josh Goodwin. 🇬🇧
Scrum half, straight from Nottingham Rugby. He’s here for the attacking rugby and the challenge of a new environment, and and his first taste of Hong Kong.
Top of his Hong Kong bucket list? The 7s. So who’s getting him there, and in what costume? 🏉
Welcome to the Club, Josh!

Another one from down under 🇦🇺
Kicking off our new signings for next season, starting with Tess Evans.
Backrow, straight from Noosa Dolphins via UQ Red Heavies, Cheltenham Tigers and Gwalia Lightning. You’ll hear her before you see her, physical, direct, loud, exactly how she plays.
She’s joining for the community as much as the rugby, new faces, a new environment, and room to keep growing as a player.
Who’s helping Tess tick off her Hong Kong bucket list and hike Dragon’s Back first? 🏉
Welcome to the club, Tess.
