This isn’t about impurity or disrespect toward worship — it’s about protecting your apanvayu (the downward pranic flow). Intense vibrations and bustling environments can disturb that energy flow, affecting grounding, pelvic and digestive balance. Choose gentle, grounding practices (deep breathing, warm baths, light walks) and quiet self‑care until your cycle settles. Honor your rhythm and allow time for restoration. "
