For those who are keen to try the Around the Island challenge on Saturday 4th February.

You don’t need to be super fit for this. There is both a slow and steady group, or there is a running group. There are also options available to join in at any stage.

Another fabulous morning at the GLR 5K Walk/Run Event #3 @ Bowen Road. A huge thank-you and well done to all who participated, and to our newcomers and supporters, we had perfect weather and a nice crowd.

The GLR events are not a race, but an opportunity to improve your fitness in a non-competitive and friendly social environment.
