This past Saturday, we were thrilled to welcome two new canoes to our fleet! 🌊💛💙
Our new Malolos are named Koa Kai, meaning "Ocean Warrior," and Kailani, meaning "Where the ocean meets the heavens."
It was such a beautiful day to welcome them into our Ohana. We can't wait to make many memories together on the water! 🚣♀️✨

Another great week of summer camps!
Our young paddlers got to try dragon boating, outrigger canoe, kayaking, and stand up paddling while our young rowers developed their skills on and off the water.

What a week in Perth! Our Youth rowers had an amazing time at the All Schools Rowing Regatta hosted by Rowing WA.
From developing their skills on the water and taking on strong competition, to making memories and strengthening team bonds off the water, it was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
We’re so proud of their effort, growth and team spirit throughout the week!

Vivian Leung and Mark Welles hit the water this weekend, competing in the Mixed Double (Mix2x) at the 2nd “Round Disneyland” Race in Shanghai! 🇨🇳
Hosted by Shanghai Dianshan Lake Rowing Club, this unique 10km course pushed crews through 6 bridges and 4 tight turns around Shanghai Disneyland.
With 27 boats on the course and crews setting off in head race style every 3 minutes, conditions were perfect: cool, cloudy skies and a helpful tailwind.
Despite an equipment issue that cost them a podium spot, Vivian and Mark powered through to an impressive 5th place finish 💪
🔥 Already looking ahead and hoping to return next year with an even bigger RHKYC crew!

We loved hosting a Junior Dragon Boat Family Experience Day with Marymount Primary School led by a few of our Royal X team members!
Families learned the basics, paddled together, and created unforgettable memories on the water - all while building confidence and teamwork.

We are proud to have had all crafts represented by the Club (OC6 adult and youth, OC2 adult and youth, OC1 and Surf Ski) at the Mox VRC Race Series TT Rumble this past Saturday!
