Sound bowls meditation utilizes the soothing sounds and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls to help participants enter a state of deep relaxation. This practice promotes mindfulness, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being.

Every year on Black Friday, Embody offers exclusive deals on classes for both our current and new clients. Given the recent events, we believe that the proceeds from this year's sale can serve a greater purpose. After careful consideration, we've decided to move forward with the sale, prioritising our commitment to assist those affected by the fires in Tai Po.
