又到滑雪季節,今晚就出發了
出發前同大家分享一下一啲小秘訣

滑雪係一項高危同高強度嘅運動
所以補充能量同營養都好重要㗎
為咗補充返蛋白質我自己就會帶定一隻Blender Mug
然後將蛋白粉用小密實袋入好方便㩗帶
另外我都會帶埋BCAA/Creatine
對維持肌肉量/增肌都好有幫助㗎

除此之外,每次去滑雪前最少一星期前會開始食Glucosamime
同埋開始操練下半身嘅power同flexibility
訓練動作例如不同變化式嘅深蹲
針對大腿同core嘅負重動作
強化肌肉以保護關節(尤其係膝頭)
另外亦會行樓梯機順便操埋cardio
咁到時上到雪山玩就會更安全嘞

其實每次去滑雪我都會食好多野
一日食5餐仲要狂隊飯同肉(比平時更多)
每次返到嚟上磅都唔會重咗同肥咗肌肉量亦冇流失
