📅 Monday – Friday
⏰ 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

We're looking for someone who has:
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Leadership initiative and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔ Ability to work well in a team
✔ Spanish (oral and written) is a plus

What you'll do:
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Respond to client calls and emails
• Onboard new clients and customers
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Support continuous process improvement and team success
