Fingers Turned In/Out: Instead of the standard forward-facing orientation, you can angle the hands inward/ outward. Positioning fingers to point outwards (โround the range of 90 degrees) helps engage the upper arms, broadens the upper back, and changes how you bear weight through the wrist and elbow. Hands On Blocks/Props: Elevating the hands adds height to establish a better foundation, increases upper arm muscle integrity, and relieves strain in the elbow joints.
