For our Member Experience Manager, Marti B., exercise became about so much more than physical strength.
It became an outlet.
A reset.
A place to clear his mind.
A reminder to keep going.
Marti has walked through some of the darkest moments of his mental health journey — and today, he chooses to share his story in hopes that someone else realizes they don’t have to fight their battles alone.
“My name is Marti, and I am a survivor.”
Those words carry strength, courage and purpose.
At Paradise, we’ve always believed that exercise is medicine — not only for the body, but for the mind. 🧠 Sometimes showing up for yourself starts with one workout, one class, one conversation, or simply being around people who make you feel like you belong. ❤️🔥
