Joseph “Seay” Camacho returns to the MMA cage this Sunday at PANCRASE 365 in Tokyo, Japan.

Camacho, who holds a professional MMA record of 8-4-0, will compete in the flyweight division against Taiga Masuda.

“I’m excited to get back in the cage, compete, and put on a show,” said Camacho. “It’s always an honor to represent Guam, and I’m grateful for everyone back home who continues to support me and my journey.”

Don Pedro Makaveli Cruz catches a species of marlin rare around the waters of Guam.

The marlin was tagged with a marker all the way from south Australia. Local scientists estimate it took three years for this fish to reach our waters.

It was approximately 150 lbs. caught on Saturday off the northern coast of Guam.

High school 3x3 basketball tipped off Saturday afternoon as 20+ teams have entered the competition.

In the opening weekend, five boys teams and two girls teams went undefeated.

FD1, FD2, Harvest1, Harvest2 and St. Paul1 all swept their competition, while St. John's and GW did the same on the girls side.

It's been an inauspicious start to the 2026/27 high school sports calendar.

The girls volleyball league kicked off Tuesday night with the Academy Cougars sweeping the Notre Dame Royals, but the big story is the fact that the public school teams are left at the starting blocks due to GDOE administrative issues, prohibiting them to participate up to this point.

Guam's Hanna Sahagon Rojano has been named a captain for the upcoming NFL season with the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders.

Entering her 4th season with the Eagles, Hanna is 1 of 9 captains of the 32-member cheerleading squad.

Congratulations Hanna! Biba Hågat.
