I took him on in 2021, when he was just 12 years old.

Five years of countless training sessions, Sundays, holidays, sacrifices, setbacks, difficult moments, unexpected obstacles and hard decisions.

There were ups and downs. Moments when things didn’t go as planned. But through it all, we kept working, kept believing and kept moving forward.

Today, he has signed his first professional contract with Volos FC in the Greek top division.

Five years of work led to this moment.

But this is not the end of the journey.

This is our new beginning. ⚽️

Off season 2024-2025 ✅

Another off-season has come to an end. We focused on addressing our weaknesses, enhancing functionality, and boosting performance. We look forward to the upcoming year with great anticipation.

I feel a deep sense of pride when my athletes place their trust in me, enabling us to achieve greater heights together.

If social media didn’t exist , more than half of the exercises we see wouldn’t be used and people would focus on the ones that are really useful. Keep things simple!
