❤️ IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM ROCKING HORSE BEACH RANCH ❤️

Unfortunately, we have some frustrating news for our customers.

Following a complaint alleging that we do not properly care for our horses, we have been required to temporarily close the ranch while an investigation takes place.

We want to be completely clear: we have absolutely no concerns about the outcome of this investigation. Anyone who knows us, follows us, visits the ranch or has spent even a little time around our horses knows how incredibly important they are to us. They are not simply “working animals” — they are our family, and their welfare has always been our number one priority. ❤️🐴

That said, we are actually pleased that these types of complaints are taken seriously in Greece. Animal welfare is incredibly important, and we fully respect the authorities carrying out their investigation. We have nothing to hide and will cooperate fully.

Unfortunately, this means the ranch will have to remain closed until Tuesday, and we know this will be incredibly frustrating and disappointing for guests who have booked rides with us and will now have to cancel or rearrange their plans.

We are truly sorry to everyone affected. We know many of you have travelled to Rhodes specifically to ride with us, and cancelling your plans is the last thing we ever want to do.

We will keep everyone updated as soon as we know more and, hopefully, we will be back doing what we love very soon — looking after our horses and sharing them with you. ❤️

🐴 Horse of the Week — OUTLAW 🤠

Meet Outlaw — our big, gentle giant!

Outlaw came to us this winter and, unlike many of the horses who find their way to the Ranch, his story isn’t a heartbreaking one. ❤️

He was very loved by his previous owners, but there was one big problem… after 25 years, he had never seen a dentist. 😬🦷

It took a lot of work, care and patience to get him comfortable again, but the difference has been incredible.

These days, Outlaw is happy, healthy and eating us out of house and home! 😂

He may look like a serious cowboy, but underneath that big frame is one of the sweetest, gentlest horses you could ever meet.

Big horse. Big personality. Big appetite. ❤️
