Breathe Pilates Studio

Breathe has always been a small studio—and that's exactly how I want to keep it.
I don't post very often because I'm not chasing followers. I simply like sharing the people who make this space what it is.

To those who've been with me for years. To those who leave and find their way back. To those who recently found Breathe. To those who live far away but still show up, week after week.
Every single one of you brings something different, and I genuinely admire not only your dedication, but also who you are beyond the studio.
You're the reason Breathe feels like Breathe.

After a week of intense back pain, I’m finally able to work my core again. So thankful for Pilates and its incredible ability to help the body heal.🌟

We teachers are not perfect; we're learners too. We learn from fellow teachers, through our own practice, and daily from our students like you. Like many of you, Pilates instructors have weaknesses, make mistakes, and experience good and bad days. To be a good teacher, one must first be a good student, follow the method that Joseph Pilates so wisely developed, stay committed to its principles and practices, and apply them consistently in their teaching. #breathe_pilateskifisia
