This time of year always brings back so many memories.
Eight summers.
Three schools.
Three colors 🔵🟣🟢
One unforgettable journey.

From my first summer at Campion School in 2018 ( ), wearing Blue, to Gordonstoun in Scotland ( ) in Purple, and now at Verita ( ) in Green, each chapter has shaped me in a different way.

Every new summer, every new school, and every new experience adds another chapter to this journey, and I'm grateful it's still being written.

What an incredible day for my students!

​As Director of PE, leading the Elite Athletes Day has been a passion project of mine, but having legends like Pyrros Dimas and Afrodite Skafida join us took it to a whole new level.

​Standing next to the GOAT of weightlifting and a world-class athlete like Afrodite was a true "pinch-me" moment.

A massive thank you to both of them for accepting the invitation and inspiring the next generation of champions at our school.

They say Sunday is a day of rest, but I think it’s the perfect day for progress.

​Crossing the finish line at the Athens Half Marathon today was incredible, but doing it alongside my students made it unforgettable.

Seeing those tired but happy faces at the end is exactly why I do what I do.

​Beyond the medals and the finish times, it’s about the grit, the laughs, and the community we’re building.

Sunday well spent!

​After 2 years away from the cage, Elina Kallionidou reminded everyone why she’s the boss.

Dominance from start to finish against Alvarez at . No ring rust, no hesitation, just a clinical performance that left zero doubt.

​3/12/2025 - Happy International Day of Persons with Disabilities!

​As a PE teacher, I am immensely proud that our event celebrating inclusion and achievement has successfully run for the 4th consecutive year at Verita International School!

​To mark this milestone, we were honoured to welcome European Champion Mr. Sioutis and his guide, our fellow PE professional, Mr. Kostarelos, as our esteemed guests.

This was their first time joining our celebration, and their message on perseverance and the power of partnership was truly inspiring.

​Thank you, gentlemen, for being a part of the growth of this important annual event!

We are bursting with pride following the incredible performances at the European Muay Thai Championships held right here in Athens (Nov 17-23).

​A massive, heartfelt congratulations to our warriors:

​🥈 Chrysanthi Fratzeskaki - European Silver Medalist! What a dominant performance to earn that 2nd place!

​🥉 Arietta Tsaousi - European Bronze Medalist! A testament to your grit and relentless spirit!

​The hard work, the early mornings, and the dedication have paid off. Now, we celebrate for a moment, and then we get back to work. The journey continues!

What a weekend (12-13/07/25) for our athletes, both in Greece and abroad!

Our fighters absolutely crushed it!

Huge congratulations Fratzeskaki Chrysanthi and Livanos Nikos for bringing home the titles in WKS and Cage Survivors!

And massive props to Yakub Kyrilos and Kokkalas Marios for their dominant wins in Cage Survivors too!

An incredibly tough break for Stoforidis Giannis at SENSHI 27 in Bulgaria. After a massive kick, a nasty tibia tear unfortunately led to a no-contest. We're sending all our strength for a speedy recovery!

And a special shoutout to Tseheridis Giannis!
As an MMA fighter, he bravely stepped into the boxing ring this weekend. Didn't get the win this time, but that's the spirit of a true warrior! Respect for taking on the challenge.

And just like that, the PhD proposal is in.

This is a huge step, bringing me to the semi-last stage of this incredible academic adventure. It's surreal to think how close I am to the end after all these years.

Ready to dive deep into this research and bring it home!

🔥 Vasiliki Stavridou: Rising to the Challenge! 🔥

Our incredible athlete, Vasiliki, just battled her way to the finals of the prestigious Strandja International Tournament in Bulgaria!

🥊 Facing off against the legendary Li Qian of China, a three-time Olympic medalist and Paris Olympic Gold Champion, was an invaluable experience. 🇨🇳🇬🇷

Vasiliki stood strong, gaining crucial experience as she sets her sights on the World Games.

With three European titles already under her belt, she's hungry for that first World Championship medal. 🏆

We're beyond proud of her dedication and grit!
