The last of the retreat offers this year and it’s a gorgeous day retreat with in the Kent countryside.

Saturday 9th May 2026, 10am-6pm.

I’ll guide you through two 75/90 min yoga classes (vinyasa and yin). We’ll eat the most delicious meals and fill our time in between with outdoor sauna and cold plunges, nature walks, wild swimming or simply chilling out in the retreat house. I’ll be there to go through any of your physical yoga questions as we will have all day and a lovely studio to make the most of.

Crete is special and the perfect place to get that off peak end of the summer sun that stays with you for the remainder of the year, when you might need it the most.

We’ll stay in luxury, practice vinyasa and yin yoga twice daily (rise with and set with the sun as you can see) and eat at the best restaurants in Chania old town.

Next instalment of ‘retreat with me’ this year are 3 opportunities to join myself and with in Portugal.

Our signature tennis and yoga retreats were a huge success last year and we’ve got a few more spaces on each to snap up.

With a capacity of 10 guests in the most beautiful villa and all meals (apart for one night on the town) will be included. We’ll practice yoga twice daily and jump on the court at least once a day. Everything is optional with the opportunity to also go on a few local excursions.

You don’t have to be experienced at all on the court or even on the mat. Just come as you are and have fun. I guarantee you will love it. It’s so exhilarating to try something new or pick something back up as an adult and it not matter one iota, if you’re any good at it all. That’s what these retreats are really all about. Give it a go and have a laugh. That energy will follow you back home and I think the world could do with a bit more of that.

An ode to the dream team.

A retreat with us is a special little thing. My dream team in the dream venue one last time, for now.

This will be my 25th yoga retreat in 5 years. 5 years of incredible personal growth on and off the mat. Professionally and most definitely personally.

It is a total privilege to lead these and share time and energy with each and every guest. Thank you thank you thank you if that’s been you (and for so many on multiple occasions). I am forever grateful for you and the opportunity to travel, teach and host all at the same time ❤️

As much as I adore them, I never know how much longer I’ll be able to do so many retreats for. Life with a small child feels unpredictable at best and as glamorous as it seems, the juggle is still very real. So for now I’ll continue to juggle but savour every single one of them… if you’ll join me.
