A handstand. A perfect split. The deepest pose in the room.

Nothing wrong with any of them. But they’re not what we’re looking for.

Practice isn’t about reaching the final shape, being the most flexible, or proving something to yourself - or anyone else.

It’s about being present. Noticing your body. Breathing. And learning to enjoy the journey rather than rushing towards the end goal.

So slow down when you need to. Keep breathing. And yes… smile along the way. 😄

Less perfection. Less ego. More presence. 🤍

Sometimes you don’t need another workout.
You need to lie down and let someone else do the work.

Join Rozalia for our free Community Sound Healing session - one hour to get comfortable, slow down and simply receive.

Through bowls, bells, and layers of sound and vibration, Rozalia will guide you into a deeply restful state.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Spaces are limited - book your spot in advance.

Meet Sasha 🤍

This summer, we’re delighted to welcome Oleksandra (Sasha) to Tata Wellness, where she’ll be offering Craniosacral Therapy for a limited time.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on practice that works with the body and nervous system. Many people experience it as deeply relaxing, helping them slow down, ease tension and reconnect with themselves.

With a background in yoga, somatic practices and bodywork, Sasha has been practicing Craniosacral Therapy for the past three years. She approaches every session with presence, curiosity and respect, creating a calm and supportive space where each person’s experience can unfold at its own pace.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, carrying physical tension, or simply longing for an hour to pause, Craniosacral Therapy may offer the quiet space you’re looking for.

✨ Available at Tata Wellness for a limited time this summer.

📩 Send us a DM to book or ask any questions.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Summer in Athens is something to be experienced, not rushed.

☀️ Watch a film under the stars.
🌊 Stay a little longer after your sunset swim.
🌅 Find a hill and watch the sunrise or sunset.

Simple moments. Lasting memories.

Which one would you choose first?

What if you gave yourself one weekend to slow down, reconnect, and explore your practice from a different perspective?

The chakras are often talked about as mysterious or “woo,” but they can also be understood as a beautiful framework for self-awareness.

Over two afternoons, we’ll move, meditate, chant, reflect, laugh, ask questions, and explore what the chakra system can teach us about ourselves - both on and off the mat.

No need to know anything about chakras beforehand.
Just bring your curiosity.

Whether you’re a dedicated practitioner or a yoga teacher looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop is an invitation to experience yoga beyond the physical practice.

✨ Saturday 11 July • Chakras 1–3
✨ Sunday 12 July • Chakras 4–7

Today, we celebrate more than a practice.

We celebrate every breath, every moment of presence, every challenge overcome, and every connection created on and off the mat.

Yoga reminds us that we don’t have to be perfect to begin.
We don’t have to be flexible to belong.
We simply have to arrive - exactly as we are.

In a world that moves fast, yoga invites us to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with ourselves and one another.

To every student, teacher, and friend who has been part of our journey: thank you. You are the heart of Tata Wellness.

🤍 Happy International Yoga Day.

May we continue to breathe, connect, grow, pause, and belong - today and every day.
