We are proud to welcome Coach Jeff Kostoff as the Head Coach of College Week of Swimming Greece & Bulgaria 🏊‍♂️🇺🇸

Jeff brings to College Week an extraordinary combination of experience as both an elite international swimmer and NCAA Division I coach.

As an athlete, Jeff was a two-time U.S. Olympian, competing at the 1984 Los Angeles and 1988 Seoul Olympic Games. During his Stanford career, Jeff won four Pac-10 Championships and helped the Cardinal capture three consecutive NCAA team titles from 1985–1987. His 1,650-yard freestyle school record stood for 21 years, while his American record in the event lasted from 1983–1994. He also set a 500-yard freestyle age-group record that stood for 30 years.

Internationally, Jeff competed in two Olympic Games, finishing sixth in the 400 IM at Los Angeles 1984 at just 18 years old, before returning to compete in Seoul in 1988.

His coaching career has taken him to some of the most respected programs in American collegiate swimming such as University of Maryland, Indiana University, Stanford University & University of Minnesota.

Along the way, Jeff while at Stanford also coached Katie LEDECKY and has worked with some exceptional swimmers such as Zane GROTHE, Lindsay VROOMAN, Abrahm DEVINE among others.

Now, he brings that experience to College Week of Swimming.

Our swimmers will have the opportunity to learn from a coach who understands the sport from virtually every perspective: as an Olympian, NCAA Champion, American record holder, educator and coach at major NCAA programs.

Throughout College Week, Coach Kostoff will focus not simply on completing workouts, but on helping swimmers understand why they train the way they do — developing technical awareness, race understanding, intelligent training habits, discipline and the mindset required to reach the next level.

For a young swimmer, the opportunity to spend a week learning directly from someone with Jeff’s experience is something special.

We couldn’t be more excited to have Coach Jeff Kostoff leading College Week of Swimming.

Train. Learn. Compete. Grow.

📊 Evolution Race Analysis | 50m Freestyle – Marilia Lanta

Every race tells a story and the data reveals why.

🏊‍♀️ By breaking down Marilia Lanta’s 50m Freestyle performance, Swim Analytics provides clear insights into the key performance indicators that drive improvement, helping coaches and athletes make smarter, evidence-based training decisions.

💬 Coach Testimonial – Panagiotis Adamidis

“I found the Swim Analytics report to be a highly valuable tool for a coach’s daily work. It presents performance data in a clear and easy-to-understand way, making it quick to translate numbers into practical coaching decisions. I found the parameter-by-parameter analysis—such as speed, stroke rate, and stroke length—especially useful, as it highlights specific areas for intervention rather than relying on general impressions. I believe it is a reliable resource for both performance evaluation and training planning.”

Data-driven coaching. Measurable progress. Faster performances.

Congratulations to Vasilis Kakoulakis on his outstanding performance at the Sette Colli International Trophy in Rome.

🥇 800m Freestyle
⏱️ 7:52.56
📈 New Personal Best (previous PB: 7:55.90)

Earlier this season, Vasilis' race was analyzed through Swim Analytics, providing objective performance data and technical insights from a simple race video. Every analysis helps identify opportunities for improvement, monitor progress, and support better-informed coaching decisions.
Congratulations to Vasilis and his coach, Vana Bakousi, on this remarkable achievement. We wish them every success as they continue their journey towards the European Championships in Paris this August.

In just a few weeks more than 30 Swimmers with 50+ Races of all levels and their Coaches had the opportunity to see in a very detailed way their Race Data. They also had combination of their (same) races in evolution period of few months. This gives them a clear illustration of their strong elements and the specific points for improvement they need to work with their Coaches.
