✔️ At BeWell Fitness Festival 2026, we had the pleasure of sharing the unique experience of Postural T-BOW® Pilates, a session focused on body awareness, stability, alignment, and mindful movement.

Together, we explored how movement can strengthen not only the body but also the connection between posture, control, and overall well-being. The energy, focus, and enthusiasm of everyone who joined us made this class truly special.

The session was led by Varvara Solomonidou and Evangelia Kazlari, with the valuable participation of our special guest Marina Theodorakopoulou & junior!!!

🙏 A huge thank you to all the participants who trusted
us, moved with us, and filled the session with positivity and great energy.

🙏 Special appreciation goes to our assistant instructor for their dedication and support throughout the festival, helping every detail come together smoothly.

At BeWell Fitness Festival 2026, Vaggelis led an energetic T-BOW® Circuit Training session, bringing together strength, balance, coordination, and stability in a dynamic workout experience.

Each station offered a different challenge, encouraging participants to step out of their comfort zone, test their abilities, and discover new ways to move with confidence and control.

✅ T-BOW® Workout is more than a training session. It is a complete movement experience that combines endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and deep stabilization.

🔺Its unique arched shape follows the natural lumbar curve of the spine, supporting the lower back while allowing a greater range of movement and a more intense activation of the core muscles. The T-BOW® can be used stable or moving, as a step, a balance surface or a training arch, creating endless exercise combinations for the whole body.
