Choros - space

A meditation, therapeutic and energy arts studio created in 2004. Our studio was created in 2004 in the center of Athens.

Through our practices, we seek to hold a space that empowers people to engage in inner work, explore consciousness, discover themselves, and cultivate community and stillness. We practice Healing, Meditation and Time Therapy, a modern healing process for the ailments of both body and spirit. We also practice the traditional Chen Tai Chi Chuan, as well as the traditional Qi Gong forms.
