The Don Bosco Mountaineering Society (DBMS) has always been an advocate of environmental protection. Though our contributions may be small, we have for many years lived by the Mountaineer's Code, "Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, kill nothing but time". Mt. Guiting Guiting is a very special mountain for DBMS, in 1992 a team of DBMS climbers successfully traversed this mountain to Mt. Sibuyan. Several memorable climbs were also completed, including the only induction climb held at Mayo's Peak for Batch 99.
Let us help save Sibuyan Island, one of the last unspoiled frontiers in the Philippines, !
