ly Therapy.After 8 years of passionate and dedicated working as a psychotherapist with addicted people,she decided to deepen her practice and knowledge in yoga. She completed her 200 hour Teacher Training with Vivi Letsou and she continued studying with Rusty Wells (Bhakti Flow Yoga),Sue Elkind (Prenatal Yoga),Michael Fukumura (Anusara Immersion),Todd Norrian (Yoga Therapeutics),Pau Castellsague(AcroYoga),Yogacharya V.Venkatesha(Atmavikasa Centre Of Yogic Sciences) and Sky Tobbias. This journey started as a different way of exercising and keeps going as a life-changing and fulfilling experience of love,acceptance and compassion. She decided to share and inspire all these with friends and students, encouraging them to a balanced and joyful way of living.She owns her studio in Athens,where you can enjoy a deep and uplifting flow practice based in alignment principles of Anusara Yoga.
