Today we’re celebrating the man who spends his time fixing broken runners, coaching us to run faster, refereeing football matches, cycling up hills for fun, and somehow still finds time to bake a decent banana bread.

As our resident physio, he’s patched up enough aches, pains and questionable running decisions to deserve a medal. As a running coach, he’s helped many of us improve. And as a referee, he’s spent years proving that no matter what decision you make, someone will still complain about it!

Bringing parkrun to the Rock has created opportunities for countless people to get active, make friends, and discover a love for running.
