🔵 Modern Dance- confidence building, teamwork and learning dance & gymnastic skills through fun activities 3yrs+
🔵 Street Dance- breakdance, body popping, hiphop & floor work
🔵 Capoeira- a Brazilian martial arts for teens & adults. Strength, flexibility & discipline.
🔵 Contemporary- for adults & teens, a fun & friendly environment where Contemporary skills are put into practice, whether you're looking to dance for fun, for a stronger technique, for training to further your studies, we accommodate all.
🔵 Pilates- for adults & teens, the perfect full body exercise that allows all abilities to push themselves as much as they want for an all round workout with multiple benefits.
🔵 Zumba kids- what better way to start your weekend??? Drop off class so it's a win win for a Friday afternoon!

We are ready to kick-start January with a fun dance routine! Babywearing Dance is a great way to get moving with your baby/toddler, it's an opportunity to get back to your fitness journey whilst bonding with your baby and with other wonderful mums (or grandma's) Absolutely NO dance experience is required. 😘

We had a blast at our fundraising event for GBC Open Day, raising just under £2k for local charities. Thank you to all our participants and of course all those who sponsored us. So much gratitude 🙏🏼
