As Rahim Sarpong and Franka Agyapong proudly represent Ghana at the ongoing ITTF-Africa Youth Championships at the Borteyman Sports Complex in Accra, they carry not only the hopes of a nation but also the dreams and legacy of our club.

For years, New Juaben Table Tennis Club has produced outstanding players who have raised the club's flag high. Today, we are witnessing the emergence of a new generation determined to write its own chapter in our history. Rahim and Franka are proof that with commitment, discipline, and the right guidance, the future of Ghanaian table tennis is bright. We believe they have what it takes to become the next record holders and champions who will inspire generations to come.

YACO International Reaffirms Commitment to Developing Young Table Tennis Talents

The New Juaben Table Tennis Club was honoured to receive a courtesy visit from the leadership of Youth Awareness Creation Organization (YACO) International this week, reaffirming its unwavering commitment to nurturing young talents through sports and education.

About a year and a half ago, YACO International, in partnership with the directors of the New Juaben Table Tennis Club, signed four promising junior players under a five-year development programme aimed at supporting their education, welfare, and table tennis careers. The initiative reflects the organization's mission of empowering children and young people by creating opportunities for them to realize their full potential.

During the visit, the Chief Executive Officer of YACO International held fruitful discussions with the club's leadership and expressed sincere appreciation to the club's directors for their continuous dedication, guidance, and support in ensuring the growth and wellbeing of the young athletes.

As part of the visit, YACO International generously donated a set of sporting items and essential materials to both the club and the sponsored players, further strengthening its commitment to youth development.

The visit comes at a proud moment for the club, as Franca Amoako and Rahim Sarpong, two beneficiaries of the YACO development programme, are currently representing Ghana at the ongoing ITTF African Youth Championships, proudly flying the nation's flag on the continental stage. Their achievement is a testament to what can be accomplished through strategic partnerships, dedicated coaching, and sustained investment in young talent.

The donated items were officially received on behalf of the Club's Life Patron, Daasebre Nana Kwaku Boateng III, and the Directors of the New Juaben Table Tennis Club, who expressed their profound gratitude to YACO International for its continued confidence in the club and its young players.

Today's shines the spotlight on our former player, Emmanuel Akwasi Asante, who is currently making Ghana proud in the United Kingdom, representing Woodford Table Tennis Club in the Central British League and St. Katherine Table Tennis Club in Division A.

Following the inspiring footsteps of New Juaben legends Nana Yaw Boateng, Isaac Opoku (Asawa), and Nana Osei Boateng, Emmanuel has demonstrated that true greatness is measured not only by achievements on the table but also by giving back to the next generation.

In a remarkable act of generosity, Emmanuel donated table tennis equipment worth thousands of pounds to the New Juaben Table Tennis Club to support the development of young talents. His contribution will have a lasting impact on the growth of the sport and the future champions being nurtured by the club.

NEW JUABEN DOMINATES SUPER ZONALS, CLINCHES DOUBLE GOLD IN ODA! 🏓

The New Juaben Table Tennis Team delivered an outstanding performance at the Boys' and Girls' Super Zonal Championships held in Oda, Eastern Region, emerging as champions in both the boys' and girls' categories.

The championship brought together the finest young table tennis talents from across the region, but New Juaben once again proved its class, determination, and winning tradition by claiming first place in both divisions.

In a touching gesture of appreciation, the victorious team dedicated both trophies to Hajia, of the New Juaben North Municipal Assembly, in recognition of her unwavering encouragement and continuous support for the team's growth and development.

This remarkable achievement reflects the hard work of the players, coaches, and everyone who continues to believe in the vision of developing young table tennis talents in New Juaben.
