GH TOP MODELS is a well organized club and project for top models in Ghana who want added value, challenge themselves and prepared to make a difference.

Develop an overall training goal. Your training goal will serve as the entire basis for your training program. Your goal should outline what results or capabilities your trainees will have after completing the program. If you are trying to resolve a certain issue, for example performance gaps in the workplace, your goal should aim to resolve or improve these areas.
