The 2026 Easter Rapid and Blitz Chess Tournament has come to a successful end 🥳🍾
On Saturday, April 4, 2026, a great mix of familiar and new faces gathered at the Presidential Lounge of the Accra Sports Stadium for an exciting day of chess ♟️
A total of 25 players competed in two 9-round Swiss events (Rapid and Blitz), battling it out for a prize pool of almost GHS 3,000.
Here are the winners from both events:
