IMPORTANT ATTENTION REQUIRED TOMORROW EVENING........
Due to a last minute change in plan we are delighted to be able to offer members and their guests a wonderful opportunity to indulge themselves in an evening OF OUTSTANDING MUSIC. We are very privileged to host The Belvedere Quartet.
The Belvedere Quartet brings together four outstanding young musicians currently studying at the Royal College of Music. Violinists Teagan Craggs and Joe Stoller, violist Henry Goodwin-Hitt, and cellist Gabriel Ward have performed at many of the UK's leading concert venues and festivals, with experience spanning solo, chamber and orchestral performance, including appearances with the National Youth Orchestra and leading youth ensembles.
The quartet's second violinist, Joe Stoller, is originally from Guernsey, where he began his musical journey with the Guernsey Music Service before moving to England on a music scholarship. He is currently studying at the Royal College of Music under Mathilde Milwidsky and plays on a 1955 William H. Luff violin generously loaned by the Royal College of Music. Together, the quartet combines technical excellence with a shared passion for chamber music, performing a wide-ranging repertoire from the classical string quartet canon to contemporary arrangements and popular favourites for a variety of concert settings.

Our next 'on the water' event is the annual race and cruise to Diélette on the Saturday 18th July. For the racers its a longstanding event in our calendar and this year we are linking up with the cruising section to all meet up in Diélette for a bowl of Moules and maybe a Norman Cidre or two! For the cruisers both motor and sail are welcome to join in. There is no charge for either event, so please sign up and support your club. My contact details are on the attached posters.

Saturday sees the Annual Nascopy Round Sark Race. Forecasts at the moment showing a gentle NW breeze with wall to wall sunshine, so should be a great day out on the water. 13:00 start and the cruise liner pontoon has been booked for after the race. NOTE only use the southern end as the northern end has already been booked out to someone else. Club open following the race for the usual Food and Beers courtesy of our sponsors NASHCOPY
