Putting some of these out in the gym.

[ WE NEED HELP FROM THE COMMUNITY ]

Hey everyone,

Quite a few people have come out to us and been discussing a business petition of sorts which is amazing - there's many, many local businesses who are screaming how bad GST will effect them and are not being listened to, and, unfortunately, we only have Social Media as evidence.

The Assembly have basically confirmed by their speeches and during the debate that there is a lot they don't see as meaningful, and social media was one of the big ticket points spoken about as it being an 'echo chamber' or 'not representative at all'.

So a physical petition feels the best option. A signed, dated petition that business owners can commit themselves to.

Here's where we ask for help. If anyone from the community is happy to download and print the petitions and ask businesses for their signatures it'd be more helpful than you can imagine!

NO TO GST

We apologise for the temporary disruption in half of room 1 whilst the new flooring is going down.

Don’t forget we are lucky enough to have 4 gyms under 1 roof so if any of the equipment you usually use in room 1 is temporarily out of action you will find a similar piece of equipment in some of the other rooms.

We hope to have all the equipment back in place shortly.

Chris had one of his knee replacements today.

PLEASE KEEP THE NOISE DOWN WHEN LEAVING THE GYM. NO RUNNING ENGINES. NO LOUD MUSIC! IFYOU NEED TO CHAT WITH YOUR MATES PLEASE DO IT IN THE GYM AND NOT IN THE CAR PARK AS VOICES CARRY, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT TIME.
