The 2026 PCYC Mott Memorial is in the bag. What a day. Five different boat types, 14 sailors, juniors to seniors. A few early squalls set the tone for a day full of mixed conditions, testing all levels. Lots of spills, lots of fun, well done to all of today's racers. Special thanks to Sea Safety for the safety vessel and Mike and Karen Dye for expert RC! Results for top finishers:

Dont forget tomorrow Sunday 5 JULY 2026 the MOTT MEMORIAL DINGHY REGATTA is taking place!

Three races will be held on at Le Phare Bleu (10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm) and positions and prizes will be decided using the Portsmouth Yardstick handicap system. Prizegiving will be at 3.00pm.
Registration at 9.30am, briefing at 10.00am.
To allocate participants to their boats, pre-registration is essential for this event.
Now in its 12th edition the Mott Memorial was founded when PCYC purchased our first Hobie Cat previously owned by Mott Green, one of the founders of The Grenada Chocolate Company
This year participants can choose to race one of the PCYC dinghy fleet or enter and sail their own boat

Mark your calendars cruisers!!!! Join us Saturday 11th July 2026 for first in this year's PCYC Dinghy Poker Run. This super fun event helps raise funding to keep the youth sailing program going. 🙌 Just 25ec to play. Everyone in your dinghy can play a hand.

Registration starts at 11am at Le Phare Bleu. Tons of great prizes for you to win. And every dollar we raise goes to support PCYC's youth sailing program which gives local kids the opportunity to learn and love sailing like we all do. Don't end up with FOMO!

We have a lot going on this summer. Mott Memorial Dinghy Regatta 5 July, Dinghy Poker Run 11 July, J24 Racing 18 July. End of month lime 26 July. THEN In AUGUST we have the Budget Marine Round Grenada Regatta 2026!

Hi everyone, in light of the inclement forecast tomorrow we have taken the decision to postpone the PCYC Mott Memorial Regatta for two weeks and hope to run it on Sunday 5th July instead. ☔️ ⛵️

This month's PCYC lime will be at the Vice Commodores headquarters in Old Westerhall Heights with some great views on Friday 26 June from 5pm. The grill will be fired up! Order your burger, chicken, brat or beef hot dog in advance. With sides and 2 beers or 2 wines - EC$30 per head. Lots of parking but if you need transport a bus will be put on leaving from Le Phare Bleu at 4:45pm for 40 EC$p/p. Round Trip
