Classes included with centre membership (check with Ystradgynlais Sports Centre for individual price):
~ Fridays class begins @ 1pm-1.45pm
(pool access from 12.45 to warm up/chat, you can also remain in the pool for the swim session/sauna afterwards until 3pm)
Booking is advised, please contact the centre to confirm your place and for further information.

The centre have advised that the pool will be closed this afternoon, so there's no Hydro Yoga session today

From Friday 2nd May, class will start at the new time of 1.30pm due to pool timetable changes. Participants will be able to access the pool from 1.15pm
