Veterinary Surgeon – Malta, Competitive Salary

This progressive modern independent with an experienced team of veterinary professionals, offers autonomy, and a place to develop and grow. At this practice, they believe in delivering the best possible care to patients.

With a team of supportive and experienced veterinary professionals, this role would suit a vet with ideally 2-3 years’ experience, but all levels will be considered. What is just as important is an emphatic vet who is real team player.

You will be joining a dedicated team of veterinary professionals that offers a supportive environment where everyone pulls together when there’s work, and relaxes when it’s time. A strong team that wants the best for patients and practice.
As an Independent they understand that everyone has a voice, they share opinions, thoughts, case studies, and hold discussions. Your opinion is valued, and your voice is heard.

You will get stuck in right from the start with a real mixed bag of consults, surgeries, diagnosing, treating, and providing emergency care. This predominately small animal practice has some real interesting cases.

This role is a permanent contract, working up to 40 hours per week over 4 days, with a share of weekends.

The beauty of Malta is you are never too far away from great beaches, restaurants, history and of course that lovely climate to relax in.

Feline Vet Role in Sydney.
Career + Lifestyle + Ownership Opportunity. P/T role $90,000 Pro rata

If you’re a confident, cat-savvy vet with an interest in business and a love for feline medicine, this could be your dream move.

Our client is a well-established, feline only clinic on Sydney’s leafy North Shore, that priorities relationships over rush, no production line consults here, 30mins as standard. With a loyal client base, a calm, environment and a premium location, they are offering more than just a job. This is a rare opportunity to grow into ownership and carve out your future.

The role is sole charge and suited to someone with 3–10 years' experience who wants autonomy while still being mentored. You’ll work primarily at the practice for two days a week, with flexibility to add general or emergency shifts in nearby practices ( the owner can help here with intro’s ) depending on your interests, whether you love a bit of adrenaline or just want to keep your dog skills sharp.

There’s no out-of-hours work and no weekend shifts unless you want them. The current salary is $90,000 AUD per annum with additional commission for echoes, plus four weeks of paid holiday. After one year, they refund your airfare and up to $10,000 AUD in relocation costs.

What makes this role truly special is the path to ownership. After three years, with mentoring and input along the way, you’ll have built real equity without paying goodwill and help shape a clinic that suits your own vision. You’ll know the clients, the quirks, and the potential.

Sydney itself needs no introduction, beaches, bushwalks, coffee, culture, and community. The practice is walking or cycling distance from shops, restaurants, and transport links. The countryside, Blue Mountains, and vineyards are just a short drive away.

So, what’s next?
Please send your CV to [email protected]. It doesn’t matter if it’s not up to date, we will come back to you.
