We scoop them up, cuddle them close and meet their needs, before anything else.

My baby massage classes aren't about getting through a routine or expecting your baby to lie happily on the mat. They're about connection, responsiveness and following your baby's lead.

Sometimes that means a cuddle, sometimes it means feeding and sometimes it means massaging your little one while they're snuggled safely across your lap 🥰

There is no "perfect" way to massage your baby. The most important thing is that your baby feels safe, loved and listened to.

So, if your little one isn't feeling the mat one day, don't worry. We'll adapt, respond, and keep them close - because that's exactly what they need 🤎✨
