You need to stop training like a bodybuilder if you want to lower your handicap..
Yes movements will be similar and I’ll never stop a golfer training for strength but if your only goal is to lower your handicap then you need to train movements that will help your swing
Strip the swing right down and build movements around every aspect..
You do that and I guarantee your handicap will start to improve 🤝

He came in January with the goal of feel fitter, healthier and working towards a physique he’s proud of.
