York martial arts gym wins national award for second time York-based martial arts gym DNA MMA has been crowned the Martial Arts School of the Year for the second time.

Start your MMA journey with our 8 week beginners course!

Whether you’re looking to get fit, build confidence, learn self-defence, or try something completely new, our 8 Week Mixed Martial Arts Beginners Course is the perfect place to start.

- No experience needed
- Learn striking & grappling fundamentals
- Improve fitness, focus and discipline
- Train in a safe, friendly and supportive environment
- Finish with a sparring showcase hosted at the gym to see how far you’ve come

The course will be led by DNA MMA coaches Ky and Loz, who will teach you MMA fundamentals over the course of 16 sessions.

Sessions start THIS WEDNESDAY on the 1st of July and will run every Wednesday and Sunday until the 23rd of August with the showcase hosted at the gym on Saturday the 29th of August!

Wednesday: 8:00pm - 9:00pm
Sunday: 6:00pm- 7:00pm
