Sleep must be treated with the respect it deserves; it affects everything from how we think to how we perform to how we function.
“Your fast track to success is getting more sleep.”😴 seriously!!!!!
But society constantly tells us to sacrifice sleep for success. It’s a toxic mentality that needs to change.
We need to prioritize our health and well-being and that includes getting the rest we need.
So, next time someone tells you to sleep less and do more, remember that true success comes from taking care of yourself first.
Don’t fall into the trap of sacrificing your sleep for temporary achievements.
