A massive congratulations to Rodwy Richard Yates on winning the YDP open round Robin event 8 sponsored by York Dart Shop UK - Last Dart Standing.
Rowdy 4-3 Martin Turner in a very close and tense final.
A special mention for the youth players today with Theo Grant reaching the semi finals losing out 3-1 to Rowdy with Theo missing doubles to go 2-1 up and also to Jenson Hatch reaching the quarterfinals losing out 3-2 to Martyn Turner in another quality match.
Highest checkout of the day was 136 for George Hair another talented youth.

We have received payments from a number of players and some have confirmed they are attending and paying cash on the day, but could anyone who hasn't paid or contacted us please do so, as we need to keep numbers as up to date as possible.

This event is limited to 48 entries and the only way to guarantee your place is to register on Darts Atlas AND send the £10 entry fee. We have only received payments from 5 players currently.

A reminder that York Dart Shop UK - Last Dart Standing will also be in attendance on the day with their pop up shop.

YDP Open Round RobinEvent 8 Learn more and register on Darts Atlas

Your next YDP event is Saturday 11th July at Huntington WMC. This is an Open Round Robin, limited to 48 entries.

We changed the format for the last Round Robin, making 8 groups of 6 players and each game in the knockout phase the best of 3. The top 4 from each group went through to the last 32 knockout.

As we are now limiting this to 48 entries, if you want to enter, you need to register and send your entry fee. Registered players who have not paid, once the event is full, may have their spaces offered to other players.

This event will be live on Darts Atlas in the near future.
