​A massive shoutout to the Fantastic Fiona! 🙌 She has officially become the FIRST to complete the legendary KT Fitness Challenge of 50 fitness challenges!
​Look at that smile—and that fully completed tracking sheet! 📄💪 Fiona has absolutely smashed her way through every single workout, from balancing on the Bosu ball to crushing her reps on the Ab Solo.

​Looking to keep up your fitness habits over the summer holidays without being tied down? We have you covered! All our classes throughout July and August 2026 are available on a completely flexible, Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) basis.
​No massive commitments or lock-in contracts—just book the weeks that fit around your summer plans! Check out our studio and outdoor setup in see pics!
​🗓️ Our Summer Classes & What They Entail
​🚴‍♂️ Spin Strong
• ​When: Mondays @ 9:15 AM
• ​The Vibe: A lively, upbeat session combining cardio, strength, and functional movements. Each music track introduces a fresh, dynamic exercise so you stay fully engaged. It is completely adaptable for all fitness levels!
• ​What you’ll do:
◦ ​Spinner Bikes: Boost your heart rate, burn calories, and build endurance.
◦ ​Suspension Straps & Kettlebells: Build core stability, lean strength, and full-body power.
◦ ​Core Work: Focused movements to strengthen posture and mobility.
​🏋️‍♀️ Cardio Strength & Gym Circuit Class
• ​When: Thursdays @ 6:30 PM & Fridays @ 9:15 AM
• ​The Vibe: An energising, full-body workout that combines cardio, strength, and core training in a highly supportive environment. Perfect for all fitness levels!
• ​What you’ll do:
◦ ​Cardio Machines: Short intervals on the rowers, treadmills, SkiErgs, and bikes to boost your stamina at your own pace.
◦ ​Kettlebells: Functional weight movements to build total-body strength, confidence, and everyday performance.
◦ ​Core Work: Dedicated movements designed to enhance posture and core strength.
​💳 Summer Pricing & Booking Info
​You can choose the option that works best for your holiday schedule (see pic for the full calendar of dates):
• ​Pay-As-You-Go: £10 per class (Payable BEFORE the class begins).
• ​Full Summer Blocks:
◦ ​Monday Spin Strong (8 weeks): £72
◦ ​Thursday or Friday Gym Circuit (7 weeks): £63 (Note: Block prices reflect weeks omitted due to instructor holidays! See pic for the exact dates classes are running).
​⚠️ How to Book: Pre-booking for ALL sessions must be completed and paid for prior to the class.
