🔥 16kg Lost in 16 Weeks (35lbs)
I was looking back through some of my older client transformations this morning and came across Richard’s.
Honestly… it still puts a smile on my face.
Like so many people, Richard didn’t struggle because he lacked motivation.
Life simply got in the way.
Before he knew it, his own health had slipped further and further down the priority list.
