Please stop buying things labelled as being “for women” that are just a marketing tactic to charge you more for being a woman; otherwise known as the pink tax. Make something generic “for women” and charge more for it! 🤬
You don’t need a women’s protein.
You don’t need a women’s collagen.
You don’t need a women’s creatine.
These things don’t work differently in your body because you’re a woman vs a man. I would also think twice about taking most supplements (other than protein powder or creatine) as many aren’t well evidenced scientifically, you only need them if you’re deficient, and well balanced diet focused on whole foods is going to be way more effective.
