We’ve got a few top tips to stay cool during this sweltering summer:



Take it easy on the wall!

Not every session needs to be max-effort hard projecting session!

Rest!

Take the time to catch up with friends or make new ones!

Get yourself under the fans. They are the perfect bit of relief in between attempts!

It’s time to get Freeky on a Friday again!

This week’s theme is: Dress for the wrong occasion

That means, any sort of outfit for any occasion, as long as that occasion isn’t “going to a climbing gym!”

So, scuba gear, 3-piece suit, hi-vis jackets, all fair game!

We’ve also got the fantastic Event pizzas coming so they’ll be serving up some amazing food to really make the day special!

Coming up this month at Freeklime York:

We’re kicking things off with the elusive Kids wall reset alongside the Greens. Then we’ll be moving onto the 3rd round of our Summer bouldering league. Followed by the Blues and Reds to hopefully give lots of you some new projects to work on!
