As a club we want to say a massive thankyou to all the sponsors that have supported us again this season. Without your help, the club wouldn’t be able to run as smoothly, which is a great community for this group of lads. Between the club and the Yellow Wagtail we have continued building a great relationship and can’t wait for what this season has to offer and beyond. Please show these sponsors some love as they all equally offer amazing services.

A hard-earned three points in our first home game of the season.

It was a competitive game from the first whistle, with both sides battling for control in midfield. The lads worked hard all over the pitch, stayed disciplined defensively and created plenty of chances going forward.

After a couple of top saves from the Colts keeper, Will Dening eventually got the goal to put us 1-0 up.

The lads continued to work hard after taking the lead and deserved a second, but failed to put the ball in the back of the net.

Westlands pushed for an equaliser late on, but the lads defended brilliantly to see the game out and secure a clean sheet.

Firstly, a huge congratulations to the lads on a fantastic first season. We finished 4th in a very competitive Division One and were still in the title race going into the final game of the season. However, the standout moment has to be reaching the County Cup semi-final — a fantastic achievement and a credit to everyone involved.

I also want to say a massive thank you to all of our sponsors. Without your support, we wouldn’t have been able to get started this season — THANK YOU!

As a club, we have decided to start our own affiliation, meaning we are no longer operating as a reserve side. A huge thank you to Wagtail Athletic for all of your support throughout our first season.

We’ve taken this step so that we can push on, gain promotion, and compete in the Yeovil and District Premier Division — an exciting new chapter for the club.
