A great start to the ๐Ÿ€ season for our Silverbacks U14 NL team in front of a packed crowd in โ€˜da jungle. We started strong and won the first quarter 26-6 and never looked back. With Ozzy and Isaac sharing the ball around brilliantly, and the bigs controlling the paint and the backboards, Woking had no answers. Final score 78-26 to the Silverbacks ๐Ÿฆ Ozzy was named our player of the game for his excellent PG play and dishing out loads of assists ๐Ÿ‘

A clean sweep of wins yesterday, with all three of our National League teams winning their opening league games, and our Silverbacks Ladies victorious in their pre-season friendly.

As you can imagine, it was a full-on day, so a BIG thank you to everyone who made the day happen; from the players, coaches, table officials, and refs, through to the team managers, parents, and club sponsors ๐Ÿ™Œ

And thank you to everyone who came down to support the teams, it really does make a difference ๐Ÿฅ

Celebrating 5 years today, since Pete launched his Diddy Dunkers for Adults - Mixed Adult Open Basketball ๐Ÿ€ Sessions every Wednesday evening.

Over 130 individuals have attended over the last 5 years, a % of which have developed and progressed to Menโ€™s and Ladies Basketball Club Teams (including many for Silverbacks ๐Ÿฆ!).

And as well as ballinโ€™, weโ€™ve enjoyed countless trips down the pub and numerous socials ๐Ÿป

Hereโ€™s to the next 5 years and beyond!

A great start to the season for our first ever Silverbacks U18 NL squad โ€“ an away Cup ๐Ÿ† win vs Woking Blackhawks Basketball Club. It was a close game throughout, but great passion and ex*****on down the stretch enabled the win. Every player contributed but Toby, Hayden, and Tobias were the standouts ๐Ÿฆ
