🦋 WE’VE GOT A SPRUNG FLOOR!!! 🦋
We are SO excited to finally share our latest (and possibly biggest!) upgrade to Tumble Bugs…
Our gym is now SPRUNG! 🤸♀️💜
Over the last 48 hours, our team has worked ridiculously hard to transform our training space and install a full sprung floor across the gym — and we couldn’t be happier with the result! 😍
A sprung floor isn’t just an exciting new addition. It gives our gymnasts a purpose-built surface designed to support their training, allowing them to develop their tumbling, leaps, jumps, landings and floor skills with better rebound and a more suitable training surface.
Every gymnast who walks through our doors benefits from this upgrade. 💪
We’re constantly reinvesting into Tumble Bugs because we want to give our gymnasts the best environment we possibly can to learn, progress and LOVE gymnastics.
What started as a little gymnastics club just keeps growing… and apparently once Sophie has an idea, everyone has approximately 48 hours to make it happen. 😂🤦♀️
A HUGE thank you to everyone who was dragged into lifting, carrying, drilling, screwing, measuring, cutting and generally questioning our life choices over the last two days. 😂 You absolute legends. 💜

We celebrate new skills every week, but some of the biggest wins in gymnastics have nothing to do with mastering a skill 💜🦋
It’s the gymnast who finally walks through the door feeling confident.
The one who makes a new friend. 🫶🏼
The one who tries something they were scared to do.
The one who keeps going when something feels difficult.
The one who cheers just as loudly for their teammate as they do for themselves.
The one who leaves the gym a little more confident than when they arrived. ✨
Because progress isn’t always a new skill, medal or competition result.
Sometimes the biggest Tumble Bugs wins are the little moments that help our gymnasts grow in confidence, resilience, kindness and friendship. 💜
