Pool Closure Update 21/09/2026 *Part 2*

Following maintenance work over the weekend, the main pool has not yet returned to the required temperature for us to reopen it safely. Unfortunately, it will therefore remain closed for the start of tomorrow (22.9.26). We aim to reassess this first thing in the morning at 7am, updates will follow.

The learner pool is unaffected and will operate as normal.

• All main pool sessions, including club, are cancelled for the start of Tuesday 22nd September 2026.
• An assessment will take place in the morning and updates provided at 7am.

We expect the main pool to reopen later in the day but as always we will keep you updated as soon as possible. If this changes, we will provide a further update.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this and thank you for your understanding.

The learner pool is unaffected and will operate as normal. This means:
• Swim School lessons in the learner pool will go ahead as scheduled.
• All Swim School lessons in the main pool are cancelled this evening.
• All other main pool sessions are cancelled for the remainder of the day.
We expect the main pool to reopen as usual tomorrow. If this changes, we will provide a further update.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this and thank you for your understanding.

2. Select Log in
3. Select Forgotten password
4. Enter the email address linked to your account
5. Follow the instructions in the email you receive - check your junk folder if you cant see this

🏊 Pool Update 21/09/2026

The main pool is currently warming up to temperature following the completion of the UV works and refill this weekend.

Our team is closely monitoring the temperatures and system performance, and we will provide a further update at 12:00pm today regarding reopening arrangements.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete these essential improvement works.

The learner pool is operating as usual.

We will keep you informed as soon as we have more information.

Pool Update 20/09/2026

We would like to inform you that, due to unforeseen technical issues in the completion of the UV installation works on the swimming pool, the pool will unfortunately not reopen as planned at 6:30am tomorrow morning (21/09/2026).

While good progress has been made, additional time is required to complete the works and ensure all systems are fully operational and safe before the pool can reopen to customers.

We appreciate that this may cause inconvenience and apologise for any disruption to your usual routine.

We will review progress at 9:00am on Monday 21 September and will provide a further update at that time regarding reopening arrangements, which we hope to be able to action in the afternoon.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while these essential improvement works are completed.

A reminder that our current booking system will go offline today at midday. This is in preparation for our new booking system launching on Monday!

What does this mean for you? 👇

👉 Any bookings already made for this weekend will remain valid. If you need to cancel a booking, please contact the relevant centre.
👉 No new advance bookings can be made from midday today until our new system launches on Monday.
👉 Walk-ins will be available across our centres over the weekend for activities including swimming, roller skating and soft play, subject to capacity.
👉 For fitness classes, courts and facility bookings, please contact the relevant centre to check availability before visiting.

📢 Please also remember that our centres will be cash only on Monday morning. We’ll let you know as soon as the new system is live and our card machines are up and running.

We’re getting ready to launch our new and improved online booking system on Monday 21 September!

The new system will fully replace our existing booking system, providing a quicker and easier way to book activities and manage your account online.

⏰ Important reminders:
👉 Our current booking system will close at midday on Friday 18 September. You will then be unable to make any new bookings until the new system launches on Monday.
👉 Our centres will be cash only on the morning of 21 September whilst we complete the installation.
