THE 3XI HAVE DONE IT AGAIN! 🥇🏏

After another brilliant season, our 3rd XI have been crowned League Champions — making it Back-to-Back titles! 💪🔥

🏏 WOMEN’S TEAM RESULTS 🏏

A fantastic Tuesday night for our women’s teams as both sides played their penultimate games of the season! ❤️🖤

⚫ TEAM BLACK

Team Black put in a brilliant performance against Buckley, with lots of positivity, confidence and another fantastic team effort. Buckley played really well and, as captain said, they won the game rather than us losing it — which is always a positive way to look at a close contest! 👏

There was some cracking batting, confident running and great calls across the pairs, while the bowling was excellent as always. In the field, the team kept cool heads and stopped multiple 4s — much to Buckley’s frustration! 🔥

🏏 Players of the Match: Penny & Elinor

Penny was recognised for an absolutely epic batting performance — seriously, how many 4s?! 🤩 — before also stepping up to bowl an over! 🔥💪

Elinor also had another brilliant batting performance, hitting another 4 to make it three games on the bounce! In the words of Finbar: “No longer a ball nurdler, you’re a ball murderer!” 💥🏏

A brilliant game with fantastic team spirit and enjoyment all round. ❤️🖤

Team Red rounded off the evening with a fantastic win against Brymbo Cricket Club! 🙌

There were some brilliant shots with the bat, some really great bowling and a fantastic all-round performance in the field. The atmosphere was incredible, with everyone cheering each other on and supporting one another throughout. ❤️🖤

And a special mention for TWO caught-and-bowled dismissals in one game — we love that! 👏🏏
