After a poor start from the Welfare where we lost our first 5 wickets for only 3 runs!
A brilliant knock from Fin Williams and Jack Edwards helped the team achieve a respectable score.

🏏 THREE WINS ON THE BOUNCE FOR THE WELFARE! 🏏
Another excellent result at the Llay Ring on Saturday as the Welfare made it three wins in a row, beating Llanrwst by 7 wickets!
Llanrwst batted first and were restricted to 115/8 from their 40 overs, thanks to a superb bowling performance.
🎯 Nathan Humphreys 3 wickets for 2 runs
🎯 Mike Wright 2 wickets for 12 runs
The Welfare then made light work of the chase, reaching 118/3 in just 26.3 overs.

🏏 BACK-TO-BACK WINS FOR THE WELFARE
Another big win at the Llay Ring today as we beat Marchwiel & Wrexham by 3 wickets!
Marchwiel posted 142/6 from their 40 overs, with a strong bowling effort from the Welfare. Tom Parry finished with 2/20 & Mikey Wright 2/30.
The chase got off to a difficult start and at 45/5 we had plenty of work to do…
But Jacob Roberts and Fin Williams putting together a brilliant 81 run partnership had turn the game around. 👏
